Comfortable option in Ningbo

Good location near large shopping mall. Friendly and helpful staff. We always enjoy our stay there. Value for money.

9.0

Comfortable

All very good , the rooms are getting a little tired

9.0

The location, cleanliness of the room, nice breakfast, room upgrade, friendly staff

6.0

Aging hotel, pretty poorly maintained !

The breakfast was good - average value for money

不足I expected a better global quality since I booked in a well-known hotel. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed by the room's cleanliness, the first room I was given strongly smelled cigarette, and the second room wasn't better than the first one. Electrical outlets out of service, as well as the phone and the TV remote. Aging and poorly maintained hotel.

Good stay if temperature management can be better.

Location was good and easy to access

不足Room temperature could not be managed properly. It was either too hot or too cold. Moved multiple rooms to suit something adequate.

4.0

It’s not a Sofitel, for an international customer, go somewhere else.

It was reasonable.

不足Lobby bar now closes at 6pm, and the sports bar doesn’t appear to have ever existed.
None of the restaurants open.
The staff don’t speak very good english, which for an international hotel isn’t good.

It’s worth noting that since covid, this hotel has changed hands three times. It is no longer a Sofitel, it’s just the name they’ve adopted.

If you are an international traveller, there are far better options not too far away.

8.0

Qualcosa all'orizzonte sta per cambiare.

Colazione abbondante e varia.

不足

8.0

不足Obsługa front desk. Ciężko się porozumieć w języku angielskim.
