We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and well taken care of. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and exactly as we had requested, which we really appreciated.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything we needed to start the day. The location was also perfect and made exploring the city very easy and convenient.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and really enjoyed our stay. Everything met or even exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

不足Nothing!

Breakfast was wonderful, lots of choices, freshly made. Especially included local seafood touch , great display too! Appreciate the freshly made noodles Ningbo style, good combination of international and local touch.

Excellent service and a wonderful stay.

A special thank you to Chief Concierge Lee Li at the front desk for his outstanding assistance with my return flight ticket issue. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond were truly appreciated. I am especially grateful for taking the time to personally drive me to the airport, ensuring I arrived on time for my flight.

Thank you, Lee Li, for your exceptional service and genuine care. You made a stressful situation much easier and left a lasting positive impression.

不足I think the choice of snacks in the club lounge could have been been better.

Very happy and satisfy for this stay.

The room is clean and all the staffs are very helpful.

A unique hotel recommended for both private and business tourists

I stayed at the hotel a second time because of its unique character. The rooms are clean and nice, and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfasts are varied, and everyone will find something for themselves. There is a fantastic lobster bar open till late evening with delicious food and beverages. The location is very pleasant, surrounded by rivers. It's a 1-2 km walk to the center, where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, a night life. The area is safe, even at night. But above all, the warm words and thanks to the staff. Especially to the hotel manager and receptionist Michael Cheng, who helped me retrieve my backpack and documents that I left on the airport shuttle. Thank you so much!

Staffs are kind and helpfull, clean and big rooms

不足There is no bidet in the toilet
