DoubleTree By Hilton Ningbo Beilun

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Al a carte menu was not good in the evening, there was nothing available.

不足Nothing really

Friendly staff. Always helpful

不足Room a little tired but well appointed. Cupboard doors didn't shut well, safe locked

It is a very nice hotel, very well located in one of the better areas of Beilun, Ningbo.

Breakfast was very very good. A variety of items to choose from.

不足The random staff (housekeeping, restaurant) that are or don't know the English language. Which can be frustrating sometimes. Thanks to the voice translator. In my opinion they should know some English when working in the tourism/restaurant industry.

Convinient stay near by the Beilun Gymnasium

Clean & spacious room with comfortable beds. They were very flexible to allow me a late checkout. (Well… I had to wait for one hour to check on because room wasn’t ready though.)

不足Food in the restaurant was disappointing, especially a lamb curry was too salty. Wait time was long and they even forgot to process an order.

It was a great stay at reasonable price

Nice clean and presentable

不足The bar was not stocked very well

Only for 2 nights, so did not get time to relax

Location is good

不足no idea

Dont pay deposit

不足Hotel ask deposit during check in 1000 rmb. Check out 717.98 rmb charged. Deposit did not refunded yet. Even phone call and email they did not do any thing.

Not catering to international taste

Room was excellent with good view towards central park.

不足Western food was insufficient.

Breakfast in the weekend is good. Choices/variety are good.
Room is clean and quiet.
Front desk staff are friendly.

不足Room temperature is 27dec C to 31 deg C. Very hot despite the staff put a standalone cooler in the room.

Not to the Hilton standard. This hotel looked tired and not maintained

Great location

不足Common areas, passageway and lift areas weren't cleaned during our weeks stay.
